Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of VisualRez (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

01The service

VisualRez produces a single 30 to 45 second vertical video resume (a “Visual Rez”) based on the story you submit through our intake form. Some tiers include additional features — music, voiceover, script polish — as listed on the order page. The final deliverable is an MP4 file.

02No accounts. Magic-link access.

We do not require an account or password. After payment, we email you a private link containing a secure access token. This link is the only way to access your order page, your story intake form, and your final video. Treat it like a password — anyone with the link can view your order.

If your link is ever exposed, or you simply want a new one, email hi@visualrez.com. We will generate a fresh access token and invalidate the previous one.

03Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order. You are charged once, up front, at the price displayed on the order page. We do not see or store your card details.

04Delivery

Standard delivery is five business days from the moment we receive your completed story intake. Rush delivery, when available, is offered as an add-on at the displayed price.

Production starts when we receive your intake form — not when we receive payment. Until then, the clock is paused.

05Revisions and refunds

• One round of revisions is included with every order. Submit revision requests within 14 days of delivery via hi@visualrez.com.
• A revision is a reasonable line edit, color tweak, or pacing adjustment. It is not a full re-shoot or a fundamentally different direction.
• Refunds are available before story submission. Once you submit your intake form, work has begun and the order is non-refundable.
• No refunds are available after delivery of the final MP4. You retain access to the file.

06Ownership

You own the final MP4 in full upon delivery. You may use it on LinkedIn, in job applications, in email signatures, and anywhere else you choose, with no restrictions and no attribution required.

We retain ownership of the underlying templates, motion design, color palettes, and editorial framework used to produce videos. We may display selected videos as portfolio examples on visualrez.com unless you opt out by email.

07Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, story responses, attachments, and other materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for producing your Visual Rez and providing the related support.

08Acceptable use

Do not submit:

• False or misleading information about yourself or your work
• Material you do not own or have permission to use
• Anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights

We may decline or cancel orders that violate this section. If we have already charged you, we will refund the order in full.

09Disclaimers

We deliver creative work. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — interviews, offers, callbacks, attention — from your Visual Rez.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond what is required by applicable law.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will note them on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
